This allows you to watch presentations, listen to podcasts, read through lecture slides and complete our short quizzes on the go – you’re not confined to your desktop/laptop. So you can take advantage of those opportunities when you’re on your way to work, travelling overseas or just want remote access to your course.

Connect and collaborate with your peers so you can share ideas, overcome similar obstacles, form study groups so you can progress together. Check through the forum to see if a question you have has already been answered or post one to the board for support from the AFA Asia community. You could even set up Study Groups or catch-ups with people in your local area so you can discuss course content and assessments.

Through the online learning portal or mobile app, you can send a direct message to our Student Support team, in which they will typically respond to you within 24 hours. You can keep the conversation going if you have multiple questions or need further support from the team. There’s never “too much” support we can provide!

Do you prefer to get in touch with us via email? We’re more than happy for you to do so! You can contact us on studentsupport@fitnesseducation.asia. Again, we’ll endeavour to respond to your questions or issues within 24 hours so you can get the help you need to overcome any obstacles with your studies.

We’ll get in touch throughout your course to check-in and make sure everything is going well. You can ask us any questions or give us feedback on how everything has been up until this point. We’re focused on improving our student support and course delivery, so we appreciate any feedback.
